At END MND we have One Goal and One Mission,
To END Motor Neurone Disease.
Established in 2024 we have a vision to raise over $100,000 for vital M.N.D research, while also bringing as much attention and awareness as possible to this devastating disease.
Through fun, unique, and challenging fundraising events plus the sale of our clothing & accessories, we are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to make our vision a reality.
On top of this, we hope to inspire others to live a life with gratitude, love and appreciation for what most take for granted - their health.
We recognize the enormous challenge before us as M.N.D is relentless, bringing new hardships to those and their families fighting it every single day. Despite this, we are confident that together as a community, we can be just as resilient and relentless ourselves in our hopes of ENDing M.N.D.
Unique and Challenging Fundraising Events
Although we’re fighting a serious battle against M.N.D, we believe in the importance of appreciating each day and finding joy in our efforts towards ENDing M.N.D.
This is why we're excited to host unique fundraising events that focus on pushing yourself mentally and physically, all while supporting a vital cause and celebrating the spirit of living life to the fullest by bringing people together.
Coastal Ultra was our first event where Kurt (my best mate) and I (Aaron) ran 100km along the coast of SA in memory of my mum and raised over $10,000 for FightMND!
After seeing the support we got, this sparked an idea of organizing other events where we could get more members of the community involved to have a bigger impact AND have fun while doing it. To see more of our "Coastal Ultra" event click here
The Blue Cornflower
The Blue Cornflower serves as a world wide symbol of hope for ALS / M.N.D, as it exemplifies both strength and courage, enduring the harshest elements of nature. These traits are shared by individuals battling ALS / M.N.D who must bravely face the challenges brought on by muscle degeneration. Its star-like blossoms of vibrant blue symbolize resilience and strength of character, reflecting the determination needed to navigate the profound changes bought on from ALS / M.N.D.
To align ourselves with the beautiful colours shown by the blue cornflower is something we're proud of.
Donating to FightMND
FightMND was founded in 2014 with a clear purpose of finding effective treatments and hopefully one day a cure for Motor Neurone Disease. Ever since then, FightMND has been a leader in the Fight against MND with over 85 MILLION DOLLARS invested into clinical trials, drug developments and research projects.
